Name: Reynir Árnason
Date: Ieneuer 16
Format: Video
[ The video reveals a bright-eyed and grinning young man with curled sheep's horns who seems to be having trouble staying still. Probably from nerves, given the slightly strained, high laugh he opens with. ]
Uh, hey, everybody out there! Just a quick question. Let's say... hypothetically there's a guy I really really like, and I know he's never been on a date before. Has anybody got good suggestions for a first date? Or a second or third one? I - come from a tiny rural village where there was absolutely nothing to do, so, I'm kind of clueless on this one!
Thanks!
[ And then, after an enthusiastic if somewhat awkward wave, the video ends. ]

The goal is to find a relaxing location for the both of you.

relaxing? is that more important than exciting or novel or glamorous?

relaxing sounds good i just don't want it to be boring or disappointing for him. i want to make him feel special.

there are some mirror-bound run eateries you could take him to. i believe that is something people do on dates.
[He's mostly popping in with the recommendation because a couple of them are owned by Mirrorbound he is close to. Two birds, one stone.]

that's a really good idea! do you think it's better to go to a fancy one? or just pick the one with the food he'll like best? he likes sweets. A LOT.

[And if it doesn't work out, you've wasted less money. Hector's just being practical here.]

i guess this is the challenge that comes with wanting to go on a date with someone you're already really close friends with.

I should warn you, though, some people may give teasing answers for questions posed on here.
[ Something Vex has definitely not done herself, nope, no siree. ]
A first date, well now. I find food tends to be a good way to someone's heart. Do you know any they like in particular?
Alternatively, find a nice place with a good reputation to treat them to in town. You can have a nice conversation together, get to know each other more, and if it doesn't quite work out as you'd hoped, you'll still get a good meal out of it by the end.
