It's very kind of you. He will eat milk and eggs just no meat and desserts aren't such a bad idea if there's a lot of substance to them it's what I had been trying.

For desserts then it'll be best to stick to fresh fruits. Not a lot of sugar in them, but they can be incredibly sweet when in season. If they don't take to that, there's also fondue though that's a bit of a chore. I can also alter my other pie and tart recipes to contain more fruit than the sugary parts.
