they really just let us loose on the city, huh? while i don't mind being left to my own devices, that whole looming threat of going fucking crazy— that's an unfun part about it

how did this bonding work out for you guys, when you first got here?

been wondering— everyone is talking about the importance of capital 'B' bonding, but how about that tempbond potion? aside for the price obviously. are there any downsides for prolonged use? something to watch out for? limit with how many people you can drink that with?

if there are any parties where we meet, drink a round of shots or two, and then drink these temp potions to get through the moons and all the feral shit— just sign me in. if there are none, then consider it a suggestion

I leeched off of familiars since I wasn't interested in bonding. It's not an option for Monsters, but a Witch can manage it for a few months.

Honestly just suck it up and find someone you can tolerate to Bond with.

who knows, maybe i got someone like that. still seems like a better idea to check alternatives and test waters before doing the big jump. i don't really get why everyone seems to be adverse to that?

I have a feeling it is because the majority put it off until they lose their mind. They think that by forcing the issue someone can learn from their mistakes.

not gonna lie, i'm not entirely sold on the whole Bonding crap. i don't like the idea of getting a stranger into my headspace— but i also do like breathing and seems that on the long run these things are mutually exclusive

but so far i only got that the potions are a temporary and non-preferred solution and no answer as of why? do you gain resistance to them and they stop working? do they make you shit your pants after third use? why are everyone so adverse to the idea of trying shit out? see what i mean?

Yes, even if he didn't know of it until recently.

However, save for the couple of months that I put off bonding, I've always been connected to another.

I am a piece that was ripped out of someone else's heart. My bondmate happens to be the person that filled the void that I left behind so that my other half could continue to live.

Think more metaphysical than that. The "heart" doesn't mean that beating organ. It's more of someone's essence. Everything that makes them who they are.
